This role is all about bringing technology and operations together . You’ll be the go-to expert for our marine operations system Helm CONNECT , ensuring it’s configured, optimised, and running at its peak to support operational efficiency, safety, and compliance . As the central point of contact for system support, you’ll: Provide frontline support, troubleshooting, and guidance to operational teams across Australia Support system integrations, compliance monitoring, and performance reporting Deliver onsite training and implementation support at business units nationwide Configure, maintain, and continuously improve the system Maintain data accuracy, asset hierarchies, and task structures This role is based in Adelaide , but you’ll travel regularly to provide hands-on support and training where it matters most — on the ground with our teams. This is a 2-year fixed term appointment. About You You’re someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and operations . You love solving problems, improving systems, and making life easier for those on the front line.
