The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated Junior Finance Administrator to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will play a key role in supporting billing, debtors management, procurement, and invoice processing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their finance career or currently studying in an accounting or finance-related field who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess client and project billing accurately and on time.Manage aged debtors and liaise with the bank on debtor financing matters.Handle procurement requests for offices and clients.Maintain accurate data in the CMMS system.Process supplier and corporate overhead invoices in line with Delegation of Authority requirements.Assist with end-of-month journals, accruals, and internal working papers.Provide ad hoc finance administration support as required. About YouTertiary qualification (or currently studying) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Strong Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with Word and PowerPoint.Ability to conduct basic analysis and assist with more complex financial reporting.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.Professional, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach.Enthusiastic, adaptable, and keen to improve processes.
