Paraplanner – Financial Planning Location: Melbourne, VIC Work Type: Full-time Sector: Financial Planning / Wealth Management Salary: $80K – $100K Super (based on experience) The Role You’ll be a key part of the advice process, providing technical and administrative support to advisers to deliver accurate, compliant, and tailored financial strategies. From research and modelling to preparing advice documents, you’ll ensure clients receive clear, well-structured, and timely advice. Key Responsibilities Prepare Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs) in line with compliance requirements Conduct research and analysis on superannuation, insurance, investments, and retirement planning strategies Liaise with advisers to clarify client objectives and develop tailored recommendations Model financial scenarios using planning software Maintain accurate records and ensure all advice meets legislative and compliance standards About You Previous paraplanning experience within financial planning or wealth management Strong technical knowledge across super, investments, insurance, and retirement planning Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills Relevant qualifications in financial planning or working towards completion What We Offer Supportive and collaborative team culture Ongoing training and career development opportunities Pathway to more senior technical or client-facing roles Central Melbourne location, close to public transport
