BrainLink is a small yet dynamic organisation that specialises in supporting people with brain injury and degenerative neurological conditions. We are looking for a full-time team leader to support our busy NDIS Support Coordination team. Our specialty is working with people who have a brain injury or are living with a degenerative neurological condition such as MS or Parkinson’s disease. This role offers the flexibility of working from home some days with a supportive team to onboard you. We are looking for a warm, friendly and engaging person to join our team. A can-do attitude and someone who enjoys contributing to team is a must. The role will be responsible for: Overseeing the delivery of NDIS Support Coordination for BrainLink. Managing the intake of NDIS referrals and allocating participants to NDIS Support Coordinators. Supervising the Support Coordination staff both in day-to-day operations and providing formal monthly supervision. Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance and to meet financial targets. Assist the General Manager of Operations with NDIS Quality and Safety compliance audits. The Team Leader may manage a small caseload. Essential: At least 3 years of experience working as an NDIS Support Coordinator with leadership experience or a similar role. Can do attitude and a team player. You must be prepared to not only lead the team but also work with the team, including supporting staff and assisting them when they are busy. Discrete, able to manage sensitive information and situations with confidence and empathy. Strong organisation and prioritisation skills. Cert IV or a tertiary qualification in a relevant area of equivalent experience. Current driver's licence. Competent with IT systems. Current National Police Record Check Working with Children Clearance NDIS Worker screen. Desirable: An understanding of the impact of brain injury and degenerative neurological conditions.
