Austrack Campers' is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer to join our team in Caboolture, QLD. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial records and accounts payable and receivable functions for our growing caravaning manufacturing business. What you'll be doing Accurately processing and recording accounts payable and receivable transactions Credit card reconciliations Reconciling supplier statements Responding to supplier and customer inquiries Assisting with month-end accounting procedures What we're looking for 4 years' experience in an accounts payable/receivable role, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Excellent organisational and time management skills Proficient in using Xero accounting Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What we offer At Austrack Campers', we pride ourselves on creating a positive, supportive work environment for our employees.
