THE BUILDER - OUR CLIENT: Whether you’ve worked your way from the tools into site management then project management or you’re already a proven PM leading high-end builds for another respected builder, this is your chance to join a team delivering some of Victoria’s most prestigious architectural homes. You’ll combine strong leadership with exceptional project delivery skills, overseeing multiple luxury projects from $2M to $7M across inner Melbourne and the North-East regional areas. THE OPPORTUNITY: Based out of the Inner East Melbourne head office, you’ll report directly to the Construction Manager and manage 4 - 5 bespoke residential projects at any one time. There will be days per week spent visiting site locations, ensuring quality and timelines are met, and guiding Site Supervisors and in-house Carpenters to deliver flawless results. THE DAY TO DAY: Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple luxury residential projects ($2M–$7M) Oversee budgets, schedules, quality, and client communications from inception to handover Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to Site Supervisors and Carpentry teams on each job Work closely with architects, designers, and consultants to bring award-worthy designs to life Ensure the highest standards of workmanship, detail, and client satisfaction THE MUST HAVES: Either: Trade qualified Carpenter with a background as a Site Manager/Supervisor, OR an experienced Project Manager (with a site / carpentry background) with a track record in luxury high end architectural residential builds locally Proven ability to deliver multiple high-end projects to exceptional standards Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills Comfortable with travel to inner Melbourne and regional job sites Exceptional eye for detail and quality finishes Full Australian Working Rights Full Local Drivers License THE WHY?
