Role Des cription This is a full time onsite role for a Housing Officer located in Alice Springs, NT. The Housing Officer will be responsible for managing tenancies and addressing anti-social behavior by supporting tenants and ensuring the smooth running of housing operations. The role will include regular communication with tenants and stakeholders, conducting property inspections, and coordinating with support services to assist residents in maintaining their tenancies and addressing their housing needs. Qualifications Skills in Tenancy Management and Housing ManagementExperience with Anti-social Behaviour and Supportive HousingExcellent Communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organisational and time management skillsKnowledge of local housing regulations and policies is advantageousRelevant degree or certification in housing management, social work, or related field
