About Us: We are a luxury hospitality investment group seeking an experienced and bilingual General Manager to lead a high-end hotel property in Australia. Role Summary: We need a Chinese-speaking leader with strong experience in Australian luxury hotel management. You will oversee hotel operations, serve high-end clients (especially Chinese VIPs), and manage the property with an owners business mindset. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily hotel operations and ensure top-tier guest service. Host and build relationships with high-value clients, especially Chinese guests. Manage budgets, financial performance, and maximize profitability. Guide sales, marketing, and revenue strategies targeting luxury and Chinese markets. Mentor staff and maintain a culture of excellence. Requirements: Chinese national, deeply familiar with Chinese culture and client expectations. Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written). Australian PR or citizenship. 10 years in luxury hotels, including 5 years as Deputy GM / Operations Director / GM in a 5-star hotel in Australia . Understanding of hotel asset management and ownership goals is a plus.
