The Opportunity We are currently seeking experienced Electrical S26 Supervisors to join our Port Hedland team. In this key leadership role, you’ll be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, coordinating day-to-day activities, and upholding the highest safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule daily work activities Supervise and support a small workforce on-site Ensure all safety control measures are implemented and followed Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformances Conduct pre-starts and toolbox talks Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and trades (Electrical) What We’re Looking For Proven experience leading teams in construction or mining environments Strong communication and organisational skills Commitment to safety and continuous improvement Trade-qualified with a solid understanding of industry standards Familiarity with BHP site standards (preferred, but not essential) A hands-on leader with problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset Required Qualifications & Certifications Trade Certificate (Mandatory) S26 Certificate (Mandatory) Electrical Qualification (Mandatory) LVR/CPR Certification (Mandatory) Construction Induction Card (White Card – Mandatory) BHP Induction (Preferred) Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role (Mandatory) Please apply today!
