About the Role In this pivotal role, you will: Conduct intake assessments and triage referrals for adult mental health services. Deliver evidence-based clinical care and therapeutic interventions in community settings. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement recovery-oriented care plans. Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to junior staff. Advocate for clients and promote access to appropriate mental health supports. What you will bring Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Mental Health endorsement preferred). Demonstrated experience in adult mental health, intake, and community-based care.
