About the Role : Opportunity to move off the tools into a rewarding training and mentoring career TP Human Capital is seeking a qualified Electrician for a permanent role as an Electrical Trainer with one of our clients in Townsville. This role involves training and mentoring electrical apprentices in both school-based and full-time pathways. The position provides Mon to Friday predictable hours, much less physical demanding than site work, and the opportunity to play a key role in developing the next generation of electricians. The employer will fund Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) for suitable candidates who do not already hold it. Key Responsibilities Deliver electrical training to apprentices (mature and school age) Prepare and assess training materials and units of competency Conduct employer visits to support apprentice progress Work collaboratively with senior trainers and the Electrical Manager to ensure quality outcomes Skills and Experience Trade qualified Electrician Strong communication skills with a flexible and approachable training style Have you supervised Apprentices in your trade?
