Ambrose Construct Group is seeking a dedicated team member to join our Rapid Repair team as a trainee supervisor. About the Role: This is an exciting, fast-paced, office-based role, where we will provide training to enable you to play a key part in scheduling and managing repairs while coordinating the Make Safe and repair process. Take the first step in a career path in building supervision; ACG will help you grow by providing the opportunity to obtain your Cert IV in Building & Construction to become a licensed building supervisor. What You’ll Be Doing : This is primarily a coordinator position focused on communication, organisation, and problem-solving whilst undertaking supervision of small value, non-complex insurance repairs. Work alongside an experienced team of Supervisors and Coordinators. Liaise with customers and trades over the phone to coordinate repairs. Review reports for insurers, ensuring clarity and accuracy in written and visual documentation (e.g. photos). Work closely with trades to ensure the required works are completed to a high standard. Coordinate repairs and review reports before submitting them to our Submissions Team for client processing. What We’re Looking For : Background in insurance, trades, or carpentry is desirable but not essential. Basic IT knowledge— Training on all systems is provided. A keen eye for detail and good communication skills. A proactive and organised mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A positive can-do attitude!
