This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Manager, Systems Coordinator or Administrative Professional who thrives on managing multiple tasks, solving problems and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and who may be looking to break into the construction industry. About the RoleAs a Project Administrator, you will be a key support to our Project Managers & Site Managers across all phases of the project lifecycle from project set-up through to close-out. In this fast-paced and hands-on role you’ll play a crucial role in keeping things running smoothly, coordinating day-to-day project activities and ensuring all documentation and reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with our high standards of safety, quality and client satisfaction. What You'll Be DoingCoordinating project start-up, planning, delivery, procurement, contract administration and project closureSupporting Project Managers with documentation, reporting and tracking schedulesManaging email communications, distributing reports and processing permits and compliancesCreating and maintaining project records, systems and templatesPreparing agendas, taking meeting minutes and following up on action itemsLiaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient project deliveryProviding general administrative and coordination support as required About YouWe’re looking for someone who brings strong organisational skills, initiative and confidence in juggling multiple priorities.You’ll ideally have:2 years’ experience in an administrative or coordination role (previous experience in construction or trade-based industries would be advantageous, but not essential)Effective verbal and written communication are essential for interacting with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
