We are on the hunt for experienced, motivated, energetic, and passionate full-time senior chefs and kitchen leaders to join our fast-paced and super busy kitchen brigades. Il Lido was once a 1930’s art-deco seaside cabaret hall on Cottesloe beach, today it is a highly regarded Italian canteen and wine bar, as well as a busy espresso bar. Our rustic, reputable, and consistent Italian cuisine stemming from all corners of Italy implores guests to also explore the expensive award-winning wine list. Canteen Pizza has recently opened in the leafy southern suburb of Applecross and we're looking for fun, energetic, and passionate chefs to join the fast-paced team in our busy all-day restaurant. Available positions are senior chef roles and we need chef leaders with excellent people management and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a real eagerness to contribute to the development and progression of our food businesses. Available roles include Senior Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Head Chef. Successful candidates must have the relevant industry credentials and trade certificates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and a valid Australian work visa or permanent residency status.
