Responsibilities: Developing strong relationships with children at the service Developing strong relationships that support and partner with families and the community Implementing the policies and associated procedures of the organisation at all times Working with other staff towards continuous improvement in all areas of the service’s operations. Qualifications Certificate III in Children’s Services Current Work with Children Check (WWCC) First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis Certification Experience A minimum of 6 months’ experience in an approved early years education and care service is desirable Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Standards Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework Knowledge and understanding of the Early Childhood Australia Code of ethics Understanding and knowledge of child and brain development theory Understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 Understanding of the Education and Care Services Regulations 2011 Working at Ambrose, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to creating a nurturing environment.
