Location: Gillman, SA Roster: Monday to Friday - Day and Night Shifts available Day shift - 5 to 7am start Night shift - 4pm start Duties will include but not be limited to: Operating and driving heavy vehicles, both single and multiple trailers. Transporting goods safely and efficiently over designated routes. (Multi drop deliveries within metro area) Sign for their loads, including pre-departure documentation. Interact with customers upon delivery. Complying with all traffic laws and regulations related to heavy vehicle operation. Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle roadworthiness. Maintaining accurate records of driving hours, rest periods, and vehicle maintenance. Monitoring vehicle performance and promptly reporting mechanical issues. Adhering to company policies and safety procedures while on the road. Interacting professionally with customers and other road users. Ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods while managing delivery schedules. Requirements: Comfortable couple/decoupling trailers (essential) Comfortable reversing (essential) Tautliner experience (essential) Be physically fit. Attention to detail. Reliable and punctual. Friendly manner for customer interaction. Good written and spoken English. Willing to assist other drivers. Able to follow instructions. Have clean police record.
