THE ROLE: Paradise Resort Gold Coast have an exciting opportunity for a Full-time Front Office Allrounder! The successful candidate will be a customer service enthusiast, has a keen eye for detail and excellent at problem solving. Delivering expectational customer service in a friendly and efficient manner, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards: Provide a prompt response to all guest enquiries and requests, communicating relevant information to other departments where necessary. Checking and preparing reports and statistical information. Taking responsibility for the safety and security of the building and responding to emergency situations as they may arise. Possess the ability to handle the pressure of a very busy Resort, whilst having the confidence to make decisions and prioritise tasks. Registering and assigning rooms, issuing room keys, transmitting messages, keeping records of occupied rooms & guest accounts, making and confirming reservations and presenting and collating final payment from departing guests.
