The Role: As a Glassy, you’ll be a key part of the team that keeps the venue clean, safe, and running smoothly during high-volume service. You’ll: Clear and clean tables and bottle service areas quickly Assist bartenders with stock replenishment and glassware Support setup and pack-down for daybeds, booths, and functions Keep the vibe high and energy flowing What You Bring: Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and teamwork mindset Must be available Friday to Sunday (all hours), and occasionally midweek for private functions You must be able to work across departments within the venue — flexibility is key as every day is different at Cali.
