Zambrero is looking for energetic, fun staff who are free after school and are able to work flexible hours. This includes late nights Friday and Saturday. We are also looking for casual staff that can work at anytime on a rotating roster or either start as a full-time team member with a goal to further their career and move forward. For a first job Zambrero is a great way to start. If you have Hospo Experience then this a good way to move up the ladder. We provide full training and you will learn many new skills that will be with you for life. We also offer a career path for the right candidate to progress further in the company. Zambrero tasks & responsibilities that you will learn will include, Preparing amazing fresh hot and cold food daily. Preparing food as needed, including anticipating and adapting to customer volume. Delivering exceptional customer service to each Zambrero customer. Ensuring all food is prepared to Zambrero standard by following recipes accurately and maintaining a strict food preparation process. Maintaining appropriate portion control and consistency, while monitoring food levels on the line. Following food health and safety regulations. Ensuring the restaurant is clean and presentable at all times. Contributing to fun and enjoyable work environment. About You The ideal candidate will have a customer service background and have exceptional interpersonal skills. It is a big bonus if you are already a fan of our product and brand. You must be confident and be able to communicate with our customers and our team. You must have the ability to exhibit a cheerful, hardworking, and helpful attitude and to provide an exceptional customer service experience every time and have the ability to cooperate as part of a team and foster a positive work relationship with all restaurant personnel. Speaking clearly and listening attentively to customers and employees alike is a key factor in working at Zambrero. You need to maintain a professional, well-groomed and neat appearance at all times.
