We are seeking a chef de partie candidate who can demonstrate: A minimum of 1-2 years experience cooking in an a la carte restaurant environment Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality seasonal dishes Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes Preparing fish and seafood Keep stations clean and compliant with food safety standards Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices A keen eye for detail An ability to move with a sense of purpose and work efficiently whilst maintaining a calm demeanour.
