This role is all about taking ownership of repair management from start to finish — coordinating between customers, insurers, and a network of trades to ensure work is scheduled, completed, and communicated seamlessly. Join a company that values continuous improvement and internal growth. Main responsibilities include: Handle inbound and outbound calls, aiming for first-call resolution. Coordinate with assessors, trades, customers, and insurers to confirm scope of works and schedule repairs. Review assessor/trade reports and compile for submission to insurers. Keep all stakeholders informed with clear, proactive communication. Resolve customer issues and complaints within set processes and timeframes. Work towards KPIs while maintaining high service standards. Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting better ways of working. The ideal candidate: Experience in customer service, property management, or repair coordination. Knowledge of the property repair or insurance industry is an advantage. Strong relationship-building skills with customers and trades. Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical details clearly. Skilled at problem-solving and negotiation to reach positive outcomes. Highly organised with strong time management abilities. Positive, resilient, and adaptable in a changing environment.
