Key responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments Designing and delivering individualised therapy programs for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic care Educating clients, families, and carers on therapy strategies and progress Maintaining accurate clinical notes and reports in line with best practice Staying up to date with evidence-based practices through ongoing professional development What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent) SPA membership (Speech Pathology Australia) Minimum 1 year experience delivering speech therapy to children and/or adults Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities Proficient in therapy assessment tools and treatment planning Current NDIS Worker Screening Check , Working with Children Check , and Police Check First Aid & CPR certification Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle About Ashgail Rehabilitation Services: We deliver personalised, client-centred care across a wide range of needs.
