Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing , you will lead integrated marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels to elevate our brand presence and deliver measurable growth. You will be hands-on in managing our social media, digital distribution, CRM, and promotional campaigns while supporting strategic initiatives and events that showcase our hotel and outlets. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content: Develop, schedule, and analyse engaging posts; manage influencer activity. Web & Digital Distribution: Maintain and optimise hotel microsites, OTAs, and Google Business listings. CRM & EDMs: Craft and deploy campaigns to promote rooms, events, and F&B offerings. Design & Collateral: Create digital and print assets aligned with hotel and Accor brand guidelines. Campaign Planning: Collaborate on annual promotional calendars and manage campaign rollouts, including photoshoots. Partnerships & Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to maximise visibility and engagement. Ad Hoc Projects: Support loyalty campaigns, new platform rollouts, and seasonal promotions.
