The role Join a growing IT services provider as an Level 1/2 Microsoft Support Engineer . Perfect for someone starting their IT career or with 1-2 years' experience. What you'll do Be first point of contact on the service desk (phones, tickets, email). Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps, Windows, and basic networking. Learn and grow into Intune, Entra (Azure AD), Teams/Teams Calling . Work with a supportive senior team who'll coach and guide you. What you bring Strong interest in IT and helping people. Confident communicator who owns problems through to resolution. Familiar with Windows 10/11 Microsoft 365 basics. Curiosity to keep learning. Any helpdesk/ticketing experience.
