Work will include hose replacement, fault finding, cylinder rebuilds, and broader hydraulic servicing across a range of machinery. In this role, you will: Deliver accurate hydraulic services across workshop and site environments Maintain safety and compliance standards Build strong customer relationships Perform routine preventative maintenance Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills The position offers structured onboarding, hands-on training, and integration into the team. As you build confidence, you'll take on a wider variety of tasks and more complex jobs, ensuring ongoing development and long-term job satisfaction. About you You will bring mechanical knowledge and practical experience in hydraulics. A background in hose and fitting, cylinder rebuilds, pumps, and motors is desirable, as is experience with trucks, loaders, rollers, excavators, and similar equipment. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Physically fit to undertake duties Experience in hydraulic hose and fitting, fault finding, and cylinder rebuilds Ability to work safely in high-risk environments Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success Police clearance (company will assist with process) Driver's licence Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing What's on offer This position offers competitive remuneration based on skills and experience.
