Vectiq is seeking a hands-on Technical Project Support to join a Canberra-based sovereign IT Services company. This is a rare opportunity to work on a once-in-a-lifetime project, delivering technical support across both domestic and international secure client environments. Key Criteria • Australian Citizens with NV2 or TSPV clearance • Background in IT network, infrastructure, or systems support Responsibilities Deliver hands-on infrastructure deployment and support across secure domestic and international client sites, including racks, cabling (copper and fiber), labelling, and equipment setup. Assist team (2–3 APS staff), providing technical guidance and support. Interpret and mark up technical drawings, including rack layouts, cable runs, and building services drawings Install and terminate backbone copper and fiber cabling, and perform basic physical construction tasks related to ICT infrastructure Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and infrastructure issues on-site Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery and maintain high-quality standards Travel domestically and internationally as required (2–4 times per year, 1–3 weeks per trip) About You Strong background in IT infrastructure, hardware deployment, network, or field engineering support Experience with racks, cabling, and physical ICT infrastructure installation Resourceful, proactive, and capable of working independently in hands-on technical environments Flexible and adaptable with the ability to engage across different client locations and teams Excellent problem-solving skills in fast-paced, complex environments Ex-military or ex-technician backgrounds highly regarded, with experience in structured, technical, and physical roles If you hold a current NV2 or TSPV clearance and are seeking a unique career-defining role, we encourage you to apply.
