TEN Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join a respected WA residential builder. In this full-time role, you’ll be the central point of contact for maintenance requests, managing communication between clients, supervisors, trades, and suppliers. This position combines administration with hands-on coordination, making it ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and confident in client communication.
