About the Role: Working closely with the Manager and Administration team, this position is responsible for providing vital administrative and scheduling support to ensure the smooth daily operations of our Aged Care Facility. This role involves a wide range of tasks including typing, answering phones, maintaining databases, processing accounts, ordering supplies, banking, and distributing mail. Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls and on-site visitors. Managing administrative aspects of resident admissions and discharges, including waitlists and applications, in coordination with Head Office. Processing accounts payable and receivable, managing purchase orders, ordering office supplies, and stocktaking. Supporting resident enquiries and directing them to appropriate staff or departments. Performing general administrative duties such as filing, mail processing, data entry, word processing, minute taking, and photocopying. Maintaining accurate records to meet internal and external reporting requirements. Coordinating travel, accommodation, and catering bookings for internal stakeholders. Identifying and assisting in the development of administrative process improvements. Assisting with staff rostering, including managing leave (planned/unplanned), training schedules, and ensuring rosters align with staffing budgets and availability. Why Join Us?
