About your role: Provide timely and strategic advice to the Executive Director of Strategy, Planning and Infrastructure, Chief Executive and Executive team on planning, business intelligence and analytics, including strategies to ensure the successful planning, delivery and sustainability of services and programs. Lead and manage the Strategy and Planning Team; leadership in the design, analysis implementation and continuous improvement of the integrated planning, strategy management and strategy communications frameworks and systems for the organisation. Lead and manage the coordination of the integrated planning cycle, operational planning and periodic reviews of the organisational performance and capabilities, including using key performance measures, statistical reporting and analysis of those measures. Oversee the development of CHHHS Strategic and Operational Plans, including, Strategic Plan, Clinical Services Plan and Annual Operating Plan. Foster a working environment which exemplifies collaboration, innovation, professionalism and ensure effective working relationships across the HHS's and support other portfolios in the delivery of the HHS strategy.
