We are currently seeking reliable, detail-oriented In-Home Care Cleaners to join our compassionate and dedicated team across NSW. Role Overview: As an In-Home Care Cleaner, you will play an important role in supporting our clients to live comfortably and safely in their own homes. This role involves providing high-quality domestic assistance and maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy living environment for those in your care. Key Responsibilities: Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces Clean kitchens, including sinks, countertops, appliances, and floors Clean bathrooms, including showers, toilets, sinks, and mirrors Change bed linen and assist with laundry and ironing Dispose of household waste and maintain general tidiness Maintain a safe, hygienic, and organized environment Follow client-specific cleaning schedules and preferences Report any health or safety concerns to the appropriate team member Treat all clients and their homes with dignity, respect, and confidentiality Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in domestic or commercial cleaning (preferred) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently Respectful and professional attitude toward clients Good communication and interpersonal skills Current Police Check or willingness to obtain one Reliable transport and a valid driver’s license (preferred) Working rights in Australia Preferred Skills Understanding of infection control and hygiene practices Familiarity with cleaning products and safe handling procedures Ability to work with diverse clients including older individuals and people with disabilities Basic knowledge of WHS (Work Health and Safety) requirements Experience working in an aged care or community support environment Ability to adapt to changing client needs and schedules
