Permanent Full-Time | Multi-Site Leadership | Corporate Dental Location: Western Melbourne and Geelong based centres Reporting to: State Manager We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Regional Business Leader to lead a portfolio of high-performing dental centres across Western Melbourne and Geelong! With a focus on people, performance and patient experience, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in multi-site leadership and is looking for their next step in a purpose-driven organisation. About your role In this role, you will take on full business and people leadership responsibility across a portfolio of 11 Dental Centres, each varying in size, complexity, and community needs. You’ll be accountable for driving performance, leading and supporting Centre Leaders and their teams, and ensuring operational excellence. A key part of your success will come from building and nurturing strong, collaborative business-to-business relationships with our Dentists, enabling them to deliver outstanding patient care while achieving shared business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and support Centre Leaders across 11 centres Foster high-quality relationships with dental practitioners Drive performance metrics including revenue, patient satisfaction and EBIT Champion Pacific Smiles’ positive culture and values Implement operational improvements and strategic initiatives Take full responsibility for regional P&L and clinical compliance About You You are a true people leader – engaging, approachable, and business minded.
