Description Overview We are seeking an experienced Case Manager – Relationships to join our team. In this role, you will provide dedicated service to insurers and the client Trustee, supporting members through Death, Terminal Illness, Income Protection, Permanent Incapacity and Total & Permanent Disablement claims. This position requires professionalism, empathy, and strong case management skills to ensure members receive accurate and timely information, delivered with respect and sensitivity.
