Overview BTP is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of client-facing finance transformation programs powered by automation. This is a diverse and strategic role that spans project delivery, business analysis, practice development, and managed services. You’ll work closely with CFOs, senior finance leaders and SMEs to reengineer processes, implement automation, and deliver measurable ROI. This role is ideal for someone with a strong consulting background, deep business analysis expertise, and hands-on experience in Agile project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of automation and finance transformation projects. Manage project planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement using Agile and Scrum methodologies. Conduct business analysis and process improvement workshops with senior finance stakeholders. Oversee ongoing managed services for automation solutions. Contribute to practice development and internal capability uplift. Support pre-sales, solution design, and client onboarding. What You\'ll Bring 12 years of industry experience, including finance operations, automation, or ERP-related. 3 years of consulting experience in transformation or delivery roles. Proven experience in business analysis, process reengineering, and requirements gathering. Strong background in Agile project management and Scrum Master responsibilities. Experience in automation of finance processes and ERP implementation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead hybrid and remote teams effectively. A curiosity for reimagining business processes with AI and automation Knowledge of transactional finance processes (AP, AR, bank reconciliation). Familiarity with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath) and document processing tools (e.g., ABBYY). Exposure to AI applications in automation.
