Drive long-term financial strategy and work with groups across the business to support it. Oversee financial operations including unclaimed money responsibilities. Lead statutory financial reporting and the financial framework functions, including preparing consolidated year-end financial statements and work papers. Prepare ASIC\'s annual budget. You will promote a high-performance culture, drive financial compliance, and partner with senior leaders to achieve business outcomes. You will work collaboratively with the business planning and performance reporting team to improve ASIC\'s reporting framework and deliver insights that support ASIC\'s work. About You Demonstrated ability to lead, support and influence large, high performing teams in a dynamic and complex environment. Considerable experience in direct management of large teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Proven track record operating at a senior executive level, managing a complex finance function within the public sector. Ability to operate strategically across the business, with a commitment to problem solving, understanding challenges, communicating, and supporting your team at an operational level.
