You’ll provide strategic advice at the executive level and build actuarial capabilities and excellence across the organisation. Lead the design and implementation of the actuarial services model. Advise executive leadership on capability, resources, and strategic direction. Facilitate knowledge transfer from external actuarial providers to the internal team. Develop and implement models to support decision-making. Mentor, coach, and uplift actuarial capability across the organisation. About you Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia (FIAA). Extensive experience in personal injury insurance. Proven success in establishing actuarial functions and uplifting team capability. Strong leadership and ability to influence at the executive and board level. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Adaptable and resilient, with a strong grasp of industry trends and change.
