If you're passionate about building intelligent, cloud-first contact centre solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency, this role is for you Experience: 5–10 years As a Senior Engineer, you will lead the development and implementation of Microsoft D365 Contact Centre solutions within an enterprise environment. You’ll collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and business users to drive innovation and scalable architecture. Required Skills: Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE – particularly Customer Service & Omnichannel Engagement. 2 years in cloud-based systems / distributed computing. Experience with Azure , Power Platform, and integration tools. Ability to lead technical teams in agile environments. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering. Microsoft certifications in D365 / Azure. Experience with large-scale CRM implementations. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement D365 Customer Service solutions for contact centres. Integrate D365 with Azure, Office 365, and other cloud tools for omnichannel customer engagement. Technical Leadership Guide agile development teams and mentor junior engineers. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions. Customisation & Configuration Tailor D365 CE modules, workflows, dashboards, and business rules to meet client needs. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Work with internal users and external partners to gather requirements. Participate in solution envisioning, demos, and workshops.
