Key responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, leading large-scale Oracle Cloud-enabled transformation programs. Drive business development by originating and converting multi-million-dollar engagements across ERP and EPM. Define and execute growth strategies to expand market presence and revenue. Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams across functional, technical, and delivery disciplines. Provide executive oversight on solution design, delivery governance, and measurable client outcomes. Key requirements Extensive senior leadership experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM consulting within a top-tier professional services or consulting environment. Proven track record in business development and client relationship management at board/C-suite level. Deep expertise in enterprise applications strategy, finance operating models, and cloud-enabled transformation. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to scale a profitable and sustainable practice. Demonstrated capability in developing, coaching, and retaining senior leaders.
