ALH is seeking reliable, self-motivated terminal labourers to Join our client's team at a bulk storage and handling facility in Murarrie. About the Role As a terminal labourer, you will support daily operations across various stations within the facility. Key duties include: Assisting with unloading grains from trucks onto conveyor belts Piling and managing grain storage to maximise space for shipment Cleaning and maintaining internal and external terminal areas to meet hygiene and compliance standards Conducting basic quality checks on grain movement and product handling General labouring tasks, including manual handling and repetitive movement (up to 20,000 steps per day) Supporting terminal operators and other team members across departments Perks $37hr - $38hr EBA award rates and perks Guaranteed minimum 35 hours per week during quieter periods Opportunity for ongoing full-time casual work Requirements Valid driver’s licence (essential) Physically fit and capable of hands-on, active work Strong attention to detail and reliable work ethic Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team Front End Loader and LF (Forklift) tickets – highly regarded no experience required learn on the job Experience in a similar role – highly desirable Please note: Due to the nature of the products handled, this role may not be suitable for individuals with allergies Sponsorship is not available for this role Workplace Culture Respectful and inclusive team environment Open-door policy with supervisors and operations managers A culture built on teamwork, support, and accountability Ready to join a company that values effort, attitude, and reliability?
