Our business provides building and construction services for residential and commercial developers, along with building repairs and consultancy work. We are currently looking for a qualified management accountant on a full-time position. Responsibilities include: Preparing sales reports, and maintaining and submitting records of business expenses incurred. Work with, and assist, any subcontractors as directed by the Company Budgeting and reporting. Assist in conducting analysis, profitability reports and present accurate data and financial analysis to internal customers. Creating financial statements for internal and external company requirements. Providing financial analysis and forecasting. Supporting auditing projects. Reviewing, developing, and implementing financial systems, processes, financial models, and reports to provide reliable and useful financial information for the various departments and management. Perform to the best of your abilities all duties assigned to you. Serve the Company faithfully and diligently to the best of your ability. Comply with all policies of the Company, which are in place from time to time. Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents. Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts. Qualifications and Skills: Relevant qualification in Administration/Accounting/Commerce or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years of experience. Experience in project cost planning, scheduling, and development of Financial Reports. MS Office skills i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Sound knowledge of costing/management accounting practices. Strong organizational and managerial skills. Ability to work with deadlines. Self-motivated, confident, ability to work under own initiative, and great attention to detail. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $85,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
