You'll be hands-on, leading your shift and making sure the store runs like clockwork across different peak trading periods. From the morning rush to evening demand, you'll be managing people, pace and standards. Oversee daily store operations across key trading periods Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of casuals and shift supervisors Support the Store Manager with training and development Deliver exceptional service in a fast-moving environment Keep the team energised, engaged, and focused on results Who are you? You're not from a slow retail environment - you're from grocery, FMCG, hospitality, or big-box retail. You understand pace, volume, and people management, and you know how to get the best out of your team. 3-5 years' management experience in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to lead large, young and diverse teams A natural multitasker who thrives under pressure Organised, hands-on and comfortable rolling up your sleeves Confident communicator who keeps teams motivated and customers happy Able to work a combination of mornings, nights & weekend shifts What's in it for you?
