The Opportunity We're seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor to lead our team on a massive project: the BHP Western Ridge Crusher Project near Newman, WA. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to be at the heart of a major BHP expansion, overseeing key electrical work that will shape the project's success. You'll be the one ensuring every wire, every connection, and every installation meets our unwavering standards for safety and quality. Your Role and Responsibilities As the Electrical Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading all electrical works across critical project infrastructure, including major conveyors, transfer stations, and the main substation. This will involve: Mentoring and managing your team of trades personnel and subcontractors. Coordinating daily on-site operations and acting as the key link between the project and engineering teams. Enforcing our strict safety, environmental, and quality standards on site. Championing a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Relevant electrical trade qualifications and certifications. Section 26 or 44 training is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A bonus if you hold a BHP Induction.
