About the role We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our team! We're seeking a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent time management to provide essential support for our Essential Services team. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract until early April 2026. Join us in supporting our Essential Services team in maintaining vital services in regional communities. Key responsibilities of the role: Collation and document upload into business operating system Assist with job completion and invoicing documentation Assist with planned maintenance reports Data entry and data management within business operating system Update project and workorder information in online systems iPad management including software updates and support for service crews General administrative support to the team Location This is a full time, fixed-term role until April 2026. Essential criteria: Prior experience in an administrative role Excellent attention to detail and accuracy High computer and online software literacy including experience with MS suite of programs Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Unrestricted working rights in Australia Desirable criteria: Current C class driver's licence Previous experience using business management systems Tertiary qualification in business administration, or similar
