We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to work with our client, Source SBG, a successful QLD-based company with existing brands and products in the stationery, lab & clinical wear, apparel, and textile sector looking to continue to grow! THE COMPANY: Source SBG is a successful Australian owned, QLD based, family business with three existing brands (Source SBG, The Lab Coat Company and Spencil) with products in the lab & clinical wear, apparel, stationery and textile sectors with a focus on children’s and university markets. Source SBG sells products through their online stores, wholesale and distributor arrangements, and regular pop-up stores, with their head office situated in Pine Mountain, a peaceful leafy suburb in Ipswich QLD. THE OPPORTUNITY: The Marketing Coordinator role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and is responsible for supporting the marketing and sales activities of the business. Key responsibilities in this role include: Coordinating and supporting marketing campaign deliverables and sales initiatives. Delivering digital content for the brands through content creation for social media channels, email marketing and other marketing channels. Assisting the sales team in aspects of the sales cycle and managing customer relationships and meeting client expectations, including preparation of sales proposals, contracts and sales reports. Working within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. ALL ABOUT YOU: Proven experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or related roles is desired. A customer-focused approach to sales and marketing. Experience in marketing coordination, particularly content creation for social media platforms, email marketing, copy writing, and assisting with online visibility and growth. Experience in sales support such as assisting with lead generation activities, order status and customer follow-up; preparing sales proposals, contracts or reports; generating sales reports from CRM; assisting with preparing tender submissions. Proven ability to problem-solve, focus on success and exceed customer expectations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with existing customers, prospective customers and suppliers. Experience working in a wholesale sales environment with products such as stationery, children’s products, apparel, uniforms, textiles, or similar would be beneficial, but not essential. Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant discipline is desirable, but not essential. Systems and IT savvy; working knowledge of the following systems would be advantageous (although not essential): HubSpot, Salesforce. Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic design tools, such as: META, Klaviyo, Canva, AdobeSuite. Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office Suite. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This is a permanent part time opportunity (3 days per week; or able to spread hours across 4-5 days per week if desired). This role is a hybrid role working across the the Head Office in Pine Mountain, Ipswich QLD and from home/remotely.
