You’ll be accountable for both store outcomes and the overall customer journey. Manage day-to-day store operations with precision and consistency Build a performance culture focused on service, trust, and results Train, coach, and mentor team members for long-term growth Deliver high-impact merchandising aligned with seasonal direction Oversee inventory levels, replenishment, and store presentation Build rosters that balance trading needs with team strengths Review KPIs and support the team to consistently achieve targets Maintain compliance and accuracy in all reporting and admin processes Create a positive, inclusive, and professional store atmosphere Act as a proud ambassador for the brand in every interaction The Ideal Candidate: Professional yet approachable, you’ll have a background in retail leadership within premium or fashion environments.
