About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Change Manager to join our strategic, enterprise PMO team (Project Management Office). As a Change Manager, you will play a vital part in supporting CPA to deliver strategic initiatives across the whole organisation. In this role you will: Partner directly with initiative owners and project teams to develop change strategies/plans Take a hands-on approach to executing change plans (e.g. engagement & training plans, change impact assessments etc.) Partner with business leaders to ensure new ways of working are embedded and benefits realised Use a data-driven approach, providing change analytics and insights for Steering Committees and enterprise reporting Provide change advisory & capability building support to our People Leaders. Support the management of our Projects & Change Community of Practice and contribute to PMO continuous improvement activities This role is based at Allambie Heights in Sydney's Northern Beaches. We will also consider part-time/flexible working arrangements for this role (minimum 4 days a week).
