Benefits Flexible working arrangements Defined career pathways and professional development opportunities A culture built on inclusivity, collaboration, and high performance Competitive remuneration package The role Manage a portfolio of clients across retail and wholesale products, ensuring their insurance needs are fully supported Provide tailored advice to clients on insurance programs, market trends, and claims processes Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and colleagues to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention Lead policy renewal processes including gathering underwriting information, negotiating with underwriters, and preparing renewal documents within agreed timeframes Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and building client networks Prepare and present proposals, recommendations, and quotations to clients and underwriters Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, company policies, and professional standards Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development while embodying the company's vision and values About You Tier 1 in Insurance Broking (mandatory) Extensive experience in commercial or corporate insurance broking with strong technical knowledge of products and claims processes Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients with professionalism and efficiency Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to secure the best outcomes for clients Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, both written and verbal A proactive approach to business development and a passion for delivering outstanding client outcomes High level of accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail in all tasks Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively and mentor others
