As a Project Manager, you’ll drive project planning, governance, and execution, ensuring that deliverables are achieved on time, within scope, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on role where your expertise in project management will directly contribute to a highly visible and strategic initiative. What you'll be responsible for: Leading the planning, delivery, and governance of HR system integration projects. Coordinating with vendors, internal HR teams, and technical stakeholders to align priorities and timelines. Reporting to the steering committee, providing updates, risks, and recommendations. Managing project resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery. Embedding project management best practices to drive consistency and quality. What you'll bring to the role: At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably with HR systems projects. Strong understanding of project management governance and disciplines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present to senior leadership and steering committees. A proven ability to manage end-to-end projects, balancing competing priorities and deadlines. A collaborative and adaptable approach, with a focus on building relationships across teams.
