What You’ll Do Client Support: Be the first point of contact for inquiries, delivering clear and helpful solutions. Freight Operations: Manage bookings, routing, tracking, quoting and documentation for seamless Sea and Air Freight operations. Problem Solving: Monitor shipments, resolve delays, and keep clients informed every step of the way. Collaboration: Work with internal teams and global partners to ensure high-quality service delivery. Growth Opportunities: Identify ways to enhance client relationships and contribute to business success. No logistics experience? No problem!
