Head Chef – Full Time Salary: $95,000 Superannuation Time in Lieu Hours: 40 hours per week (more over summer, less over winter) Location: Geelong Start Date: ASAP What You’ll Bring Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery. 3–5 years’ proven experience as a Head Chef in a quality venue. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train and manage a team. Demonstrated business acumen with experience managing food and labour costs. Excellent communication skills and a calm, patient demeanour. Creativity in menu planning and a refined palate to deliver dishes of the highest standard.
