Blake Oliver Consulting is working with one of Australia’s largest and most recognised banking groups to appoint a Senior Project Manager / Agile Delivery Lead into its Consumer Technology division. This role will be based on the Gold Coast and sits at the heart of a major digital simplification program. You’ll be leading delivery for the Digital Platform Project, a key initiative reducing 15 legacy applications down to a single integrated solution. It’s a role with genuine scope to influence technical teams, simplify complex environments, and shape outcomes that directly impact the way customers interact with banking services. What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day delivery for two small engineering squads within the Consumer Group. Manage integration points, project governance, and delivery controls. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive delivery outcomes in collaboration with the Principal Engineer and Technology Service Owner. Navigate stakeholder groups, aligning internal and external teams across multiple streams. Contribute to digital simplification by integrating and consolidating core systems. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Project Manager or Agile Delivery Lead in digital environments. Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and the SDLC. Solid engineering background with exposure to full stack technologies such as React.js, Node.js, and JavaScript is highly desirable. Experience leading squads or small teams in large, complex system environments. Ability to manage cross-functional delivery and confidently engage in technical conversations. Why Apply?
